Jesse did an amazing job on removing a bad dent from my car. You can't even tell where the dent was! I went to a well known auto body shop (initials CC) first and they said that the dent could not be removed without over 8 hours of work and at a cost well over $1100. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I notice details that pass most people by, so when I say Jesse's work is excellent, I mean EXCELLENT! I had Jesse put his top of the line ceramic coating on my new black car. Of course, black shows everything, so it has to be done just right. And, it was, every detail was done to perfection. I recommend Jesse's work unequivocally. If there were ten star review options, I would give him ten stars!

Can’t begin to explain how happy I am with my ceramic coating job . Jesse did an amazing job making this love of mine shine better then new . Truck has over 259k miles on it and looks better then the day I walked into the dealer!!! No lie !! I’m extremely impressed with what he did. I would strongly recommend calling him before elsewhere. He explained the process in detail and so I could actually understand what I was getting and what it was going to do for me. Not sure how long my motor will last but it will definitely look new till she’s done for .

Jesse did a fantastic job on repairing my nearly brand new SUV and made it look flawless again. It was a small ding that didn’t damage the paint near the back license plate and I initially took it to Caliber Collision. They had their paintless repair guy tell me it cannot be repaired without being dismantled, sanded, painted, cured, and reassembled which would be well over $500. Jesse completed this for a fraction of this price, in a timely manner and was available and a very convenient location and waiting room. I would definitely recommend him time and time again. I am providing before and after photos. Be sure to go here first for any ding or small dent repair.

From the first email I knew I had made a good choice using Form &Finish . Jesse the owner was very responsive in setting me up an appointment with a ballpark price. Sent me a Google calendar invite with the time date and map link. Also got a text reminder of the upcoming appointment. The minute you meet him he gives you that warm feeling with his great personality. Started when he said he would. My car had about a 4” crease in the door. I can’t even tell where it was exactly after he finished. He took me back into his shop to show me what he had done and wow the shop is immaculately clean. I will recommend this company to everyone.

I had done ceramic coating research and found there were many many options. Considering the cost I decided to call and talk to Jesse. You immediately know when you are talking to an experienced knowledgeable professional. Jesse was that guy. Other dent repair facilities said my dent could not be repaired without causing damage. I researched the Internet, called Form & Finish and talked to Jesse and he told me to bring it in. Took it to him and an hour later I’m leaving with a perfectly removed dent. When I got home I inspected the site of the former dent and could not determine where it used to be. Jesse took a dent out of the passenger side fender of my 2015 Silverado that was right on a body line.I'm super particular about my vehicles and thought for sure the fender wouldn't meet my standards after the repair. Dropped the truck off with Jesse and a few hours later, looked as good as new. Jesse even popped out two very small dents on the same fender that I got while driving on a gravel road for no extra charge. The level of customer service that Jesse provides is non-existent this day in age and I recommend him to everyone.

Recently I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jessie at Form and Finish PDR thanks to an awesome individual who decided to maliciously open their car door into the side of my black 2016 Mazda Miata. This blessing to society and parking genius did not leave a note, but as a parting gift, customized my drivers side door with two dents, white paint transfer, and a scuffed clearcoat. After researching several paintless dent removal companies in the Charlotte area, I contacted Jessie at Form and finish PDR, based primarily on his 5 star review rating. I scheduled an appointment and Jessie gave me a "ballpark" quote over the phone; obviously he would not be able to give a concrete quote without actually seeing the damage. Jessie was ready to start working on my car when I arrived for my appointment. Not only was he respectful of my time, but he charged me under what the original quote was. Jessie's work is amazing. My car door has been returned to its former glory thanks to Jessie. His knowledge of how to work with JDM car paint is impressive. He treated my car as if it was his own. Had a several dents on top of my Accord roof and trunk from branches and nuts that fell on my car during some past storms. I was looking for some dpr in my area and came across Form and Finish. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and I met the owner/specialist, Jesse, and he was extremely knowledgeable with what needed to be done with the dents. Jesse is familiar with the newer methods using hot glue to remove the dent and diagnosed that I didn't even need to removed the headliner (which saved money and time).As I was about to schedule a future appointment since I thought the shop was about to close, Jesse offered to work on it right there on the spot and get it done within an hour. Wow!! Great service and the work was perfect. He even worked on fixing a dpr repair that was done by the dealer that I didn't realize was even there.A+ service, rates and work. Thanks Jesse.

I recently was visiting family in Illinois and on Memorial Day a hail storm decided to visit. When I returned home, I checked out several repair shops and Jesse(owner) of Form and Finish impressed as a person you can trust and a knowledgeable repair person. Jesse (the business owner) does amazing work! I took him my 2017 Toyota Avalon, which had been clipped in a grocery parking lot. It had creases in the door and door frame. Jesse removed the creases for a very reasonable price. With the exception of a chip in the paint (he doesn't do paint), it looks brand new. He also polished some deep scrapes and scratches on the bumper and the opposite door, and made them disappear.In addition, he is very friendly and helpful, and treated me very well from start to finish. You can trust your car to him.

Just had my Mercedes SL worked on by Jesse at Form and Finish Paintless Dent Repair in Pineville. I had a pretty sizeable dent in the lower section of my drivers door caused by a shopping cart. Made me sick every time I saw it. I stopped in and had Jesse take a look at it. After about 1 1/2 hrs of work on his part the dent virtually disappeared! His work was amazing. Much much cheaper than any body shop. No paint work, just a lot of talent on his part. I could not be happier with the work.

Form and Finish was the 1st , best ,and greatest paintless dent I ever went to. I was close by and they were about to close in 30 minutes (3:00). Got there within 10 minutes of them closing and Jesse looked at my dent. My intention was since the were closing in 10 minutes i was going to be turned away. But Jesse was like if i want to he will take care of it at the moment. So I went on and had it done. He told me how long he has been doing this and that made me even more comfortable with him doing it. Always remember cheap dent removal aren't good and good cheap dent removal aren't cheap. But what i will say is that the price was "EXCELLENT" and the quality of "A+". I would recommend any and everyone!!! A+ to Jess. 👍👍👍👍

I recently had my truck worked on by Jesse at Form and Finish Paintless Dent repair. I found them via a google search. I was impressed from the start. You work directly with the owner, Jesse, who will be doing the work on your vehicle, as there is no middle man. I prefer this as I feel there is more care and attention to detail given when things are explained directly to the customer, rather than going through a sales associate. I found Jesse to be very knowledgeable, honest and up front, and did great work at a very reasonable price. He explained exactly what he would be able to do, and then exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend seeking out Form and Finish when needing any scratch and dent work on your vehicle in the future, you will not be disappointed.. I will be going here again if needed. Another amazing job by Jesse. He is right - this is as much art as science. Huge dent in hood like 4” to 6” around and seemingly too deep for 100% fix - Jesse thought he could get 70% to 80%. I was stunned when I picked the car up as you really couldn’t tell there was any damage. Superb!

HIGHLY recommend if you have any dent or dings that need to be addressed. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeable. He removed dents in my car that other places had told me would require paint work with ease. I would recommend you take any type of car from a Hyundai to a Lamborghini, you won't regret choosing him. I am a 25 year veteran manager from the auto industry and I am familiar with the "paint less dent repair" trade. I chose Form and Finish to repair a hood dent on a newly acquired vehicle. Jesse scheduled me the next morning at his shop in Pineville and he was punctual, friendly and professional. His shop is immaculate however he also does mobile work. Jesse spent several hours working on my vehicle and the finished work was unbelievable. The dent had been smack on the front center crease of the hood, not an easy repair, however when it was finished, there wasn't the slightest sign that a dent had ever existed. Jesse does not do work that is "good enough", which is so common here, but instead does the work of an artist, literally. I would consider myself to be an expert in this field and Jesse may be the best dent repair person I have ever seen in my career. As a matter of fact, Jesse is so good that insurance companies in Australia, New Zealand and Canada have called for him when major storms hit.

My 2014 Mazda 3 was a casualty of me being a softball coach. I need to park much farther away from the field! A 4" dent on the roof above my driver's door. A 6" dent on the driver's side rear passenger door. I brought car in for an estimate and met a incredibly knowledgeable & friendly man named Jesse. He gave me a very fair estimate and emailed it to me with pictures. I went home and did my homework. I found 18 Google Reviews with a perfect score of 5/5. That's all I needed to lock in my decision. I called Jesse back and booked an appointment to get the dent removed. I brought my car in at 9:30am and by 2:00pm, Jesse called me to let me know the car would be ready in 30-45 minutes. When I got there, my car was out front. I walked up to the car and could not see a hint of the two dents anywhere! It was visually incredible. Jesse took the time to show me and talk me thru what he did. I was blown away. And emailed me my paid invoice with before & after pictures. Jesse not only knows his stuff, the guy is genuinely just a really nice person. I will definitely recommend all my family & friends with similar issues to Jesse. Well done my friend and Thank You!
